Why I Love This Recipe

So easy and delicious and I never feel like I get this generous a portion of cheese when I get this dish at a restaurant

Ingredients You'll Need

One 8oz burrata
3 oz prosciutto
1 large tomato
1 cup arugula
3 tbsp truffle oil
balsamic drizzle, salt, peper to taste
4 Mini focaccia or ciabatta loaves


Place mini bread loaves in oven whole. Do not cut in half, as you'll want the outside to toast and the inside to stay soft

Drizzle 1 tbsp of oil onto serving plate. Place prosciutto on top of oil. Add arugula on top of that

Thinly slice tomato and layer on top of arugula

Carefully place burrata on top of tomatoes. Drizzle rest of oil on top

Add balsamic drizzle, salt, pepper. Take bread out of oven

Cut mini loaves in half and serve


Pairs Well With

a nice glass of red wine
