Why I Love This Recipe
This is one of my favorite recipes. I love corn and I really love it made into this corn pudding.
Ingredients You'll Need
1⁄2 sick of butter
1 egg
1 cup sour cream
1 (8 1/2 ounce) box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can creamed corn
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained

Mix jiffy mix, egg and butter, add corn, bake at 350 for 1 hour
