2 ripe avocados
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp sour cream
pinch of salt
Directions
Use a hand blender to whip avocado. Add garlic and blend a little, then add lemon juice and blend a little more. Add sour cream and mix until smooth.
