2 tbsp butter, softened
1/2 cup wildflower honey

1 tbsp cocoa
1 tbsp sugar

Mix the flours, cocoa, coffee and salt in large bowl. Make a depression in the center of the flour mixture. Mix the warm water, sugar, yeast, butter and honey. Add to the center of flour mixture.

Slowly mix the ingredients with a spoon, drawing the dry ingredients into the wet. When combined, knead in bowl for 10 minutes or until smooth.

Set the dough into a covered oiled bowl in a warm place for an hour, to rise.

When the dough has doubled in size, punch it down and divide it into 8 even portions Form into loaves. Sprinkle the entire surface of the loaves with cornmeal and place 4 loaves on each sheet. Questions, Comments & Reviews

These sound really different and I am curious, does the cocoa taste at all or is it for color or some particular flavor, We love wheat bread and I would like to try it. Is it a fluffy or firm bread and can you make rolls and loaf of bread both.
