Ingredients You'll Need

2 oz vodka
1 oz fresh lime juice
4 oz ginger beer
1 oz Greek ouzo
1/2 oz honey syrup (2 parts honey, 1 part warm water, mixed until dissolved)
3-4 fresh mint leaves
1 thin slice of cucumber
1 small wedge of fresh fig
Crushed ice
Star-shaped cookie cutter (for garnish)
Gold edible glitter (optional, for rim)


If using, rim a Hollywood Walk of Fame star-shaped copper mug with gold edible glitter. Set aside.

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves with the honey syrup.

Add vodka, lime juice, and ouzo to the shaker. Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.

Fill the prepared mug (or a regular copper mug) with crushed ice.

Strain the cocktail mixture over the crushed ice.

Top with ginger beer and stir gently to combine.

Garnish with a cucumber slice cut into a star shape using the cookie cutter, and a small wedge of fresh fig.

Optional: Sprinkle a pinch of gold edible glitter on top for extra Hollywood glamour.

Serve immediately and enjoy your Greek Goddess Mule like a true Hollywood star!
