The Lebanese Queen's Tabouleh

Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup fine bulgur
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup boiling-hot water
A large handful of finely chopped fresh from farmers market in BK parsley
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh mint
2 medium tomatoes, cut as you like it
1 European cucumber
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Onions, whichever color you prefer (Green, white, red)
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Stir together bulgur and 1 tablespoon oil in a bowl. Pour boiling water over, then cover bowl tightly with plastic wrap and let stand 15 minutes.
Transfer bulgur to a bowl and toss with remaining ingredients, including 2 tablespoons oil, until it looks yummy enough to put in your mouth. סחטאן!
