Why I Love This Recipe
This was another favorite of our family and to this day I cant find a coconut pie that measures up to my Mothers
Ingredients You'll Need
1 stick of margarine,
1/2 cup sugar,
3 eggs,
3 Tbs white vinegar,
1 tsp vanilla,
1 cup shredded coconut.
Directions
blend sugar and butter, add eggs one at a time until mixture is creamy and fluffy. Stir in vinegar, vanilla and coconut. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
