The best biscuts ever ( Drop Biscuts)
Why I Love This Recipe
I have been making biscuits for years and one day I thought...why can't the butter be inside the biscuit so that you don't need to add butter ; And can I make a biscuit that is easier and good even when its cold well.... this is all the above!
Ingredients You'll Need
2 cups AP Flour
1 TBS. Baking powder
1 nice pitch of salt
2 oz. Cream cheese (cold)
4 TBS. Butter ( cold)
1/2 of cold water
In a medium sized bowl measure 2 cups of flour, baking powder, and Salt.
Cut in the cream cheese and butter until its all incorporated
Add the water and stir ( batter will be wet)
Drop biscuits on a cookie sheet
Bake at450 for 10-15 mins or until the tips are brown.
Makes 8-10 big biscuits and 12 small
