"It is an all natural healthy smoothie get to start the day with."

Serves 4 | Prep Time 5 min | Cook Time 1-2 min

Why I Love This Recipe

Great way to start the day off. Gives a boost of energy for the day. Taste excellent and all natural and healthy.


Ingredients You'll Need

1 1/2 cup almond milk
2 cups greek yogurt
2 bananas
2 green pears chopped
2 green apples chopped
2 kiwis peeled
2 cups spinach
1 cup kale chopped
juice full lemon
2 pinches of sea salt
2 cups ice


Directions

1- wash fruits and veggies


2- chop kale, pears, and apples


3- peel kiwi


4- juice lemon


5- add in order into blender


6- blend into smooth texture


Pairs Well With

Eggs, toast or any other breakfast food.
