Thick and Creamy Fruit Smoothie

This is a go-to snack with endless possible variations. The result of this recipe is a smoothie so thick it must be eaten with a spoon.
Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup milk or water
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
1 teaspoon peanut butter (for classic variety)
1 heaping cup frozen berries:
Classic - strawberry and banana
Tropical - mango, pineapple, and peach
Berry - raspberry, blackberry, and blueberry
Add the ingredients together and blend very briefly, ceasing immediately when the mixture begins to smooth in order to keep a thick consistency (generally less than 10 seconds). Honey can be added as a sweetener if desired.
