Why I Love This Recipe

A modern update on the affogato. This is part after dinner drink, part dessert, and totally delicious!

Ingredients You'll Need

2 small scoops vanilla ice cream
1.5 oz. (about 3 tbsp.) of espresso ( I used Belgian chocolate coffee - (espresso grind/brewed, prepared in a stove-top espresso maker.)
A swipe of dark chocolate sauce
1 oz. of cinnamon whiskey


Scoop the ice cream into a large glass or cup.

Add the whiskey and then pour the espresso into your glass.

Swirl on the chocolate sauce and enjoy!

Pairs Well With

Serve on its own, or with some cookies. Add a rock candy stirrer!
