Three Month Cucumber Salad

Ingredients You'll Need
9 cups (9 medium) sliced 1/8-inch cucumbers
1 cup (1 medium) chopped onion
1 cup (1 medium) chopped red or green pepper
1 cup (2 stalks) chopped celery
1 1/2 tablespoons salt
2 cups sugar
1 cup cider vinegar
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon mustard seed
Directions
In a large bowl combine first 5 ingredients for salad; mix well. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes; do not drain.
In a small bowl combine last 4 ingredients for dressing; pour over salad. Stir until throughly mixed. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
Store refrigerated. This lasts for three months.
