Why I Love This Recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

1 lb. stew meat
2 Tbsp garlic olive oil
1 can tomato paste
1 sm. head cabbage
4-5 med. carrots, peeled & sliced
1 can whole kernal corn, drained
1 can green beans, drained
1 can baby lima beans, drained
1 can potatoes, drained
1 can sliced carrots, drained
1 1/2 c. shell noodles
2-3 stalks celery, chopped
1 med. onion, diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. parsley flakes


Directions

Fry beef and onions in Dutch oven with oil until brown. Add water about 1/2 pan. Add veggies and seasonings. Bring to boil, lower heat and simmer 2-3 hours. Add tomato paste and stir well. Let simmer another 1/2 hour and add noodles and cook until tender. Serve.
