Ingredients You'll Need
4 ears of Stormcall Maize (corn on the cob)
1/4 cup Dawnfire Butter (brown butter with smoked chili flavor, melted)
1/2 cup Celestial Crumble (crumbled Cotija cheese with dried lime zest)
2 tablespoons Windcaller Spice Mix (Tajín with toasted coriander)
Directions
Prepare a hot grill or stovetop grill pan.
Peel off the husks of the Stormcall Maize but leave the base for easy handling; ensure to remove the silk.
Grill the corn over high heat, turning occasionally, until charred evenly across all sides, approximately 6–8 minutes.
While the corn is grilling, melt the Dawnfire Butter and brush it on the grilled maize after removing it from the heat.
