500 g de castanhas, nozes, avelãs e amêndoas sem pele
2 colheres (chá) de açúcar mascavo,
2 colheres (chá) de sal marinho ou grosso (nesse caso, triturado na hora)
1/2 colher (chá) de pimenta caiena
2 colheres (sopa) de alecrim fresco picado bem miudinho.
1 colher (sopa) de manteiga sem sal derretida


Directions

Modo de Preparo: Pré-aqueça o forno em 180ºC. Leve a mistura com castanhas, para dourar numa assadeira, cerca de 10 minutos. Misture numa tigela grande o alecrim, a pimenta, o açúcar mascavo, o sal e a manteiga derretida. Leve a mistura ao fogo em uma frigideira com a manteiga temperada e sirva quente.
