Ingredients You'll Need
1 lb. of sausge links
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 tsp. pepper
Directions
In a pan, fry the sausages until they are slightly brown in a casserole dish.
Next, place milk, eggs, flour, salt, pepper, and butter in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour batter over sausages and bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 min. or until batter becomes golden brown.
