Toast with Smoked Chicken, Strawberries and Chives

Ingredients You'll Need
4 slices of bread-use your favorite or English muffin.
6 TBS cream cheese at room temperature
1 TBS sugar
6 ozs of smoked chicken breast
4 to 6 very ripe strawberries
1 TBS chopped fresh chives
Directions
Toast the bread
In a small bowl, combine the creamcheese and sugar. Spread this on the toast.
If your chicken has skin, remove it. Slice the meat thin. Arrange chicken slices on top of the creamcheese toast, cut toast into quarters, top with the strawberries and chives and serve.
