Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
Why I Love This Recipe
If you are carving pumpkins today....save the seeds!! This recipe is open to alot of creativity and a great way to use multiple spices in your spice rack.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 to 3 cups pumpkin seeds (yield from 2 medium pumpkins)
2 T melted butter
Assorted dried herbs & spices
Dashes of Hot Sauce
Or go sweet and do Cinnamon and Sugar!
Place in large bowl to mix with melted butter. Add desired herbs and spices to taste.
Spread seeds on nonstick jellyroll or cookie sheet (with sides).
Bake @ 250 degrees for 45-60 minutes, stirring the seeds around every 15 minutes.
