Why I Love This Recipe

I got this recipe from my mother in law. She got it from a friend of hers.

These are pretty tasty, you wouldn't guess they were made from crackers!

Ingredients You'll Need

Saltine crackers(the cheaper the better)
1 Cup granulated sugar
2 sticks (1 cup) butter, Not margarine
1 12oz. bag chocolate chips

Directions

line a jelly roll pan with foil. Fill pan with crackers salt side up. In a small saucepan heat butter until boiling, add sugar and cook, stirring constantly for 3 minutes(no longer.)

Pour over crackers. Bake at 350* for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes, pour chocolate chips on top, spreading to cover evenly as they melt. Cool and break into pieces.
