This has been a joint effort by many family members...Judy made a salad like this for many years and one of the first times having Dinner with Chris’ family feta cheese was added (and made it even more delicious!) Always a favorite and requested a lot by many...leftovers of this salad and cheese tortellini, Marissa once combined them and has been one of her favorites ever since...so many names and memories could be attributed to this salad making it a family recipe in every way
Ingredients You'll Need
1 -2 English Cucumber, Diced
1 -2 Tomatoes, Diced
1 can Olives, Sliced
Crumbled Feta Cheese
Zesty Italian Dressing
Directions
*Combine all ingredients and enough dressing to cover
Recipe Tips
*Wait to add dressing until just before serving
*Add cooked tortellini for a full meal
*Also good when you add pesto
