Why I Love This Recipe

No cooking involved, chop and stir.

The basics are simple and everyone that has tasted it loves it.

There are no measurements because this is a recipe you can make large or small, you choose by the amount of ingredients you use.

Ingredients You'll Need

Tomatoes
Fresh Basil
Crushed Garlic
Black Kalamata Olives
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper

You can make large or small, you choose by the amount of ingredients you use.


Directions

Chop the tomatoes, basil.
Press the garlic.
Pitt and chop the olives

Mix it all in a large bowl.

Drizzle with olive oil.

Let the mixture sit for 15-20 minutes allowing the flavors to mix.


Recipe Options
Diced onion, green pepper or jalapeno.
Add 1-2 dates. Scoop 1/3 of the mixture into a blender and process with the dates until smooth. Return to the large bowl with the rest of your sauce.

Add different types of olives, artichokes, oregano.
Use fresh dill in place of basil.
Heat it up with some cayenne pepper or bits of jalapeno.
