Why I Love This Recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

1 kg. de tomates verdes
1 cebolla fileteada
1 diente de ajo
6 chiles serranos
4 huevos
1/4 taza de harina
Sal al gusto
500 grs. de falda de res, cocida y deshebrada
Aceite para freír


Directions

Cocer el tomate, cebolla, ajo y los chiles, licuar con un poco de agua y reservar. Cocer aparte la carne de res y deshebrarla.
En un tazón colocar 4 claras de huevo y batir a punto de turrón, agregar 4 yemas de huevo, la harina, sal y mezclar bien, incorporar la carne de res y mezclar perfectamente.
En aceite hirviendo poner la mezcla anterior formando tortitas y cocinar.
