Ingredients You'll Need

1 packet of sugar-free strawberry jelly crystals
1 packet of sugar-free raspberry jelly crystals
1 packet of sugar-free grape jelly crystals
3x scoops of 1up Nutrition Coconut Ice-cream Whey Protein
3x cups of boiling water
3x cups of cold water


Fill your kettle and bring to the boil
Mix the strawberry jelly crystals with 1 cup of boiling water and mix well
Mix 1x scoop of the 1up Nutrition Coconut Ice-cream Whey Protein with 1 cup of cold water in a shaker bottle and shake until well combined
Add the mixed protein to the jelly mix and stir
Divide the mixture evenly between 4 glasses and place in the fridge for 1 hour
Repeat steps 1-5 for the raspberry and grape jelly crystals
Once all 3 layers are set you can eat
