Ingredients You'll Need
7-ounce can of tuna
1 cup celery, chopped
1 small onion, minced
1/4 cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
6 English muffins
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix first five ingredients in a bowl.
Split the English muffins into halves.
Divide tuna mixture evenly on each slice of bread.
Top with cheese, place on a baking sheet and bake 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
