Why I Love This Recipe

This is a great comfort food.

To make healthier:

-Use whole wheat buns

-Use low-fat mayo

-Skip the bacon (this is how I eat it, still sooo good)

-Use fat-free cheese slices

Ingredients You'll Need

 2 hamburger buns
 I can of white tuna, drained
 2 tbsp mayo
 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
 4 slices of tomato
 4 crispy bacon strips
 4 slices of cheese
 Parsley

Directions

Preheat oven to 400F

Combine tuna, mayo and celery. Lay out hamburger buns with the insides facing up. Spoon tuna mix onto buns. Top each with a slice of tomato and then top with bacon and then cheese slices. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake about 15 minutes, or till cheese is melted and bun is crispy.
