This is definitely a power-packed meal and gives you an energy boost and satisfies hunger!
Ingredients You'll Need
Tuna, of your choice, preferably drained pouches
Spinach (fresh/rinsed/ready to eat) in a bag
Cilantro, chopped
Chives, diced
1/2 Lemon or Lime
Jalapeno Chili Pepper (if desired), diced
Directions
Place fresh spinach in a bowl, per serving
Pour tuna on top
Include diced chives and jalapenos, as desired
Squeeze 1/2 lemon or lime
Garnish with Cilantro
Enjoy!
