1 lb. ground turkey
¼ t. poultry seasoning
½ t. garlic salt
1 t. onion powder
1 t. salt
½ t. ground black pepper
¼ t. Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 T minced jalapeno pepper
1 large egg, beaten
¼ c. milk
½ c. canned jellied cranberry sauce
¼ c. orange marmalade
¼ c. chicken broth
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions
DAY 1
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix the turkey, poultry seasoning, garlic salt, onion powder, salt,
pepper, Worcestershire sauce, minced jalapeno and cayenne
pepper together in a bowl.
2. Stir in the egg and milk.
3. Cover with plastic and refrigerate overnight. (Remember to put
your kitchen and period number on your mixture!)
4. Combine cranberry sauce, marmalade, and chicken broth.
5. Place in fridge, labeled for tomorrow.

¼ c. chicken broth
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
DAY 2
Ingredients
2 cups water
Pinch salt
1 tsp oil
1 cup orzo
DIRECTIONS:
1. Bring water, salt and oil to a boil. Add orzo pasta.
2. Cook orzo for 10 min, strain and set aside.
3. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. (1 T olive oil)
4. Roll the turkey mixture into balls, about one tablespoon each.
5. Place the meatballs in a single layer in the skillet. Brown meatballs
on all sides, turning occasionally.
6. Place browned meatballs on a clean plate. Set aside.
7. Stir the cranberry sauce, marmalade, and chicken broth and pour
into skillet used to cook the meatballs.
8. Return meatballs to skillet.
9. Reduce heat to medium-low, and continue to cook until the
meatballs are no longer pink in the center and glaze is reduced.
Season with salt and pepper.
10. Serve over orzo.
