Ingredients You'll Need
1 package puff pastry sheets(2 sheets)
2 cups cooked turkey or chicken
1/2cup cooked vegetables (your choice)
1 jar (12 oz.) seasoned turkey or chicken gravy
1 cups prepared stuffing mix (any variety)
1/2 cup cranberry sauce
Directions
Thaw pastry sheets at room temperature 30 minites.Pre heat oven to 400 degrees mix turkey,vegetables and 1/2 cup gravy and set aside.
Unfold pastry on lightly floured surface.Roll each sheet into 14-inch square and cut into 4(7-inch)squares.place 1/4 cup stuffing in center of each square.Top with about 1/3 cup turkey mixture and 1Tbls. of cranberry sauce.Brush edges of squares with water.Fold corners to center on top of filling and pinch edges to seal. place on baking sheet.Bake 25 minutes or until golden.Heat remaining gravy and serve with bundles
