Why I Love This Recipe

take out all the additives and your left with a clean meal!

Ingredients You'll Need

2 cups lettuce
1 cup spinach
4 oz ground turkey
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup olives
1/2 cup cooked onions


cook ground turkey in a sauce pan

while cooking you can add your own seasonings ( i use ms dash salt free chipotle seasoning)

while that is cooking blend 2 cups of chopped lettuce, spinach.

add the rest of the veggies

add the cooked turkey

top with 1/4 cup 0% greek yogurt mixed with hot sauce, and 2 tbsp of low sodium salsa

you can also top with anyother seasoning or sauce of choice!
