"Delicious hot milk with spices"

Serves 1 | Prep Time 5 minutes | Cook Time 5 minutes

Why I Love This Recipe

Super healthy and energizing while still tasting amazing


Ingredients You'll Need

1 cup coconut milk (or any preferred)
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cinnamon
dash black pepper
a small piece of fresh ginger
1 tbs honey (or agave nectar or any alternative sweetener)


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a small pot


Gently bring to boil


Pour in a mug and enjoy!
