Best wings you will get without frying them

Ingredients You'll Need

2 lbs. Chicken Wings
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons butter
1/2c Liquid Aminos or Soy Sauce
1/2c Hot Chili paste or Sriracha


Dry chicken wings with paper towels

Combine salt, baking powder and wings in a bowl. Toss to ensure even coating

Place wings on a wire rack on top of a baking sheet. Place sheet in refrigerator overnight

Air fry wings for 12 minutes @ 400 degrees. Flip and cook for an additional 12 minutes

In a saucepan, melt butter and add liquid aminos/soy sauce and hot chili paste/sriracha. Reduce until thickened slightly
Dress wings in sauce and enjoy
