1 botede alubias blancas (400 gr.)
400 gr. de verdura variada trinchada (bolsa)
150 gr.choricito de jabugo
1 litrode Caldo de Pollo Gallina Blanca


Paso 1º

En una cazuela poner a hervir el Caldo de Pollo Gallina Blanca con el chorizo picado y la verdura bien trinchada, bien lavada.

Paso 2º

Cocer 10 minutos y añadir las alubias. Chafar algunas con un tenedor para espesar el caldo. Dejar cocer durante 3 minutos más y listo.
