Ingredients You'll Need
1 large orange, quartered and seeded
1 lb. (4 cups) fresh or frozen and slightly thawed
1 1/4 C. Firmly packed light brown sugar
1/4 tsp. Ground cinnamon
1 large apple, finely chopped
1 T. Lemon juice
1/2 C chopped walnuts
Put orange and cranberries through the coarse blade of a food grinder or chop coarsly. Mix
Put about 1/4 of the mixture at a time in electric blender container. Blend until very finely chopped.
Stir in all remaining ingredients. Cover ad refrigerate
