Fill the cupcake holders to about 3/4 full.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup almond milk + 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup softened vegan butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Combine almond milk and apple cider vinegar.
Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl.
Combine dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Add milk and dry ingredients to the butter mixture.
Pour batter into cupcake tin with cupcake liners.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
