1 T. Instant coffee or espresso
1/2 C. Low-fat cottage cheese
2 Truvia packets
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 C. Water
Ice cubes


Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender and serve!
