Vanilla Sour Cream Bread (for Bread Machines)

Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1/3 cup sour cream
1 egg
1 Tbsp. butter, softened
3 cups bread flour
3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. bread machine or quick active dry yeast
Directions
Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order listed. Select Sweet or Basic/White cycle. use Light crust color. Do not use delay cycle. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.
