Ingredients You'll Need
1 package of Grandmas GF Yellow Cake Mix (or brand of your choice)
1 package of instant pudding mix in flavor of your choice
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
Directions
Prepare cake pans (make 2 9" layers" or 12 cup cake pan. Grease cake pans and line bottoms with parchment paper, use cup cake papers if making cup cakes. Put Grandmas GF Yellow Cake Mix in your mixer bowl stir lightly. Add pudding mix, water, oil, and eggs and with mixer off stir until moistened. Turn mixer on and beat well. Pour batter into pan of choice. Bake in an oven preheated to 350F for 18-20 minutes for cupcakes, or about 25 minutes for cake layers until knife comes out with moist crumb. Cool in pan for 3 minutes then cool completely on wire rack. Frost as you choose.
