Veal Scallopini

Ingredients You'll Need
3 veal chops or veal strips
2 tbsp. oilve oil
10-1/2 oz. can spaghetti sauce
3 slices mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. grated parmesan
Directions
Brown veal in skillet with olive oil Cook pasta ,drain. Mix with
Sauce. Place pasta in baking dish and place veal on top of
pasta . Place 1 slice of mozzarella on each chop. Sprinkle with
Parmesan.
Bake covered @ 350 Degrees
