Avocado

Directions
Preheat oven to 425. Prep potatoes by cutting into wedges, then toss with avocado oil, paprika, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Place in oven for approx. 10-12 minutes, flip, and repeat.
Chop the onions and grill with a bit of avocado oil. Cook over low-medium heat to caramalize.
Prep tomato, lettuce, and avocado into preferred sizes for burgers.
Grill the Beyond Meat patties according to packaging.
Remove potatoes from oven, add a layer of Follow Your Heart cheese slices, and return to oven for additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Stack your burger fixings on chosen buns with a hefty layer of thousand island dressing. Save half of the grilled onions.
