Vegan Chia Seeds Pudding

"Creamy Pudding"
Serves 1 | Prep Time 5 minutes | Cook Time OvernightWhy I Love This Recipe
This chia seeds pudding is delicious and healthy. All you need to do is mix up the ingredients and leave it in the fridge for a few hours or overnight. Chia seeds are a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, iron, and calcium making this a nutritious breakfast or healthy dessert. Personally, I prefer it more as a dessert but it is great for anyone who is on the go in the morning. You can add any toppings/add-ins that you like to customize this pudding to your taste which is great!
Ingredients You'll Need
For the pudding:
1 cup dairy free milk of your choice
3-4 tbsp chia seeds
Sweetener of your choice
Toppings/Add-in suggestions:
Berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, etc.)
Cinnamon
Granola
Nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.)
Vegan Chocolate sauce
Directions
1. In a jar, add the milk, chia seeds and sweetener. If you would like to add any spice like cinnamon, add it now.
2. Close the lid of the jar and shake for about a minute or until fully incorporated.
3. Let it chill in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
4. Add any topping you would like and serve!
Note: sometimes, when the chia seeds pudding is chilling in the fridge, the seeds tend to clump up. I would suggest checking on the pudding 15 minutes after you have put it in the fridge to ensure that does not happen. If your seeds have clumped up, just shake it once more and put it back in the fridge. The seeds are unlikely to clump after that.
