Ingredients You'll Need
Trader Joe's Vegan Kale, Cashew, & Basil Pesto
Trader Joe's Red Chili Pepper
Nutritional Yeast (optional)
Boil penne pasta according to directions and drain.
Chop mushrooms and onion, and saute in a pan.
Combine pasta, veggies, and Trader Joe's Vegan Kale, Cashew, & Basil Pesto, and simmer for a minute or two.
Add nutritional yeast for a slight cheesy taste, top with red chili pepper, and bon appetit!
