Vegan beyond meat sliders

This recipe is super simple, and delicious. The ingredients make for a great way to prepare a nice outdoor lunch, or dinner with friends or family, and the fact that everything is vegan is just an added bonus!
Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 lb Beyond Beef®
18-pack Slider Rolls
Follow Your Heart Vegan Smoked Gouda Cheese
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp pepper
Tomatoes
lettuce
condiments of choice
Directions
`1.Preheat oven to 350 F.
2.Combine the Beyond Beef®, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a 9×13-inch (23×33-cm) rimmed baking dish, mixing thoroughly, then press into a flat, even layer.
3.Bake for 20 minutes. Drain the liquid and set the cooked Beyond Beef aside.
4. On a plate put the desired amount of rolls, cut lenghtwise. Add on condiments of choice, along with the beyond beef, followed by smoked gouda cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes.
4. plate, serve, and enjoy!

this would go great, with some homemade fries, or onion rings, and a cold drink for the pefect burger combo.
