Why I Love This Recipe
This is a recipe I got from a fellow Weight Watcher. My husband even loves it!
Ingredients You'll Need
4 pkg. chicken or turkey gravy mix
3 cups water
2 medium potatoes, cut in chunks
1 stalk celery, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
3 carrots, sliced or use baby carrots
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
Seasonings as desired. Suggest: salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, garlic powder....
Add any other vegetables, as desired.
In crockpot, whisk gravy mix and water together. Dump in the veggies, season. Cover. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Easy, Very low-fat!
