Ingredients You'll Need
4 large Portobello Mushroom
60g Cherry tomatoes
60g Shredded mozzarella
1 Yellow pepper
1 small Red onion
120ml Pizza sauce
15ml Balsamic vinegar
1 bag Sesame kale and bell pepper salad
In a bowl, mix about 3 tbsp olive oil, the vinegar and pour it over the washed mushroom heads. Cover and reserve for 10-15 minutes. While it soaks, chop and mince the Garlic , cut the cherry tomatoes in half, cut the bell pepper about 1/4 inch thick lengthwise and slice the onion. Set aside.
2. Add the sauce
Preheat the oven to 350 ° F / 176°C . When ready, garnish the inside of the mushroom heads with the Pizza sauce.
3. Add the vegetables and cheese
Add the cherry tomato halves, sliced peppers and chopped onions. Sprinkle with the cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, about 30 minutes.
4. Prepare the Sesame kale and bell pepper salad
Prepare the salad while it bakes by following the instruction card provided.
5. Bake and serve
