Vegetarian Stir Fry

This recipe is so easy and simple to make and is packed with protein and veggies while also satisfying your tastebuds.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 bag of Miracle Noodle (Thai Tom Yum Flavor)
Tofu (I like to buy the pre-cut tofu by Toss’ables in the garlic and herb flavor)
2 cups of broccoli
1 cup of chopped red pepper
1 cup of chopped green pepper
1 cup of green beans
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of siracha
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of stir fry oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Add stir fry oil to a large pan on medium heat
Add tofu to the skillet and let it cook for about 5-7 minutes or until slightly crispy.
Add broccoli, peppers, green beans to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes.
Add noodles, soy sauce, siracha, and seasonings and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Plate and serve! Top with more siracha or soy sauce for a stronger flavor :)
