Veggie Bars

Why I Love This Recipe
This is my favorite dish to bring to parties... always a hit!
Ingredients You'll Need
2 cans Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 package Hidden valley ranch salad dressing mix
2 packages cream cheese (softened)3/4 cup (diced) EACH:
green onions
radishes
broccoli
cauliflower
green pepper (or whatever veggies you like!)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Directions:
- Flatten the crescent rolls on a cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 350. Cool for 10 minutes.
- Mix mayo, ranch dressing mix & cream cheese. Spread on top of cooled crescent rolls.
- Evenly sprinkle all of the diced veggies onto the dressing mixture. Top with shredded cheese.
- Chill for 2 hours. Cut into squares & serve.
