1 small carton Low-Fat Cottage Cheese
1/2 packet Hidden Valley Dip mix
1 packet Splenda (or other sweetener)


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor until well blended. Chill


Makes 4 – 1/4 cup servings


1 Point per serving
