1 can original rotel tomatoes and green chilies
1 can roasted garlic chicken broth
Fresh cilantro to taste (I use a about a half a bunch).

1 can original rotel tomatoes and green chilies

Fresh cilantro to taste (I use a about a half a bunch).

Combine beans, rotel and chicken broth in saucepan. Chop cilantro and add to pan. Bring to boil and then add cous-cous and simmer for 5 minutes. Add juice of 1 lime. Serve.
I add low fat sour cream and put a dollop in the middle.
