Why I Love This Recipe
This is a perfect crispy and crunchy salad. It's a great combination of grapes, walnuts, yogurt, lemon, mayonnaise. Pretty healthy and delicious.
Ingredients You'll Need
100g Mixed salad
250g Red apples
100g Red or white grapes
100g Greek yogurt
15 Fresh lemon juice
Place the mixed salad in a large salad bowl.
Core and chop the apples, slice the grapes in half, and chop the celery
Add the apples, celery and grapes to the lettuce, and top with walnuts.
Toss gently to combine.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and Greek yogurt with lemon juice, and add salt and pepper.
Pour dressing over salad, and toss to coat.
