Why I Love This Recipe
Well...my mom thought of this recipe and I made it for my soccer banquet. This girl from the team kept eating and eating the dip until I went up to her and told her I made it. She pretneded to throw up and ran away. But a while later I saw her back at the dish dipping more chips in for the last drop.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
1 8oz. block of cream cheese
1 can refried beans
1 jar of medium hot salsa
1 16 oz. bag shredded cheddar (or taco flavored) cheese
Directions
preheat oven to 350.
Prepare ground beef with seasoning according to taco seasoning directions.
Layer cream cheese, beans and salsa in 9 by 9 glass baking dish.
Pour in prepared ground beef.
Cover with shredded cheese and bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Serve with corn chips.
